Spotaneity is the spice of life. Keeping things fresh and new can make you feel alive and vibrant. This is also true with your workouts, change things ups every now and then to
keep it fun and interesting. Another reason to change your workouts up is because your body becomes efficeint after doing the same exercise consistanly, so by throwing a curve
ball into your workout it requires you to work harder. Change forces you to burn more calories while you learn a new activity and adapt to the new enviroment. Bottom line, it is
just plain fun to do new things. So get out there and try something new!
Tuesday 8/26
Technology is a wonderful thing! Innovations have made life for most pretty easy, maybe
too easy. If you think about it some people could take less than 100 steps per day if they wanted. Get in the car, drive to the office, sit in front of a computer, drive home, sit on the couch, go to bed. With modern technology we could eliminate physical activity all together! Don't let it happen! Take control of your life! Ditch the car every now and then and walk to where you need to go. Get away from the computer or television and discover the world on
a first hand basis. It is your life, and your body. Keep it real, discover the new, and stay in shape!

If it has taken an entire lifetime to become who you are today. Don't expect to correct all
of your bad habits or lose all of your unwanted body wieght in a week or a month!
Become commited to your health! Exercise regulary and regulate what you eat for the
rest your lifetime to become who you want to be!
